The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Bwari dismissed the suit filed by the photographer, Busola Dakolo, against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly. The court also ordered Busola to pay N1 m for wasting the time of the court.
In a suit filed in September by Musician's wife Busola, Timi Dakolo, she accused Fatoyinbo of rape, adding that her marital sex life was affected by the pastor's alleged action as well as his denial in a statement.
